Our office, located in Pietà, is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Corporate Sales Representative.

Job Overview: We are looking for a Corporate Sales Representative to promote and expand the reach of tenders.com.mt, our premium eProcurement portal for private and public tenders. The ideal candidate will engage with businesses to enroll potential members and liaise with organizations to encourage them to publish their Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tenders on our platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients to promote membership and usage of tenders.com.mt.
  2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with businesses to understand their procurement needs and offer tailored solutions.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment and engagement targets.
  4. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  5. Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of using tenders.com.mt.
  6. Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to inform product development and improve service offerings.
  7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, particularly in B2B environments.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  3. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
  4. Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with eProcurement platforms and understanding of procurement processes.
  6. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  7. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions and client needs.
  8. Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying client challenges and proposing effective solutions.
  9. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.


Preferred Experience:

  1. Previous experience in the procurement or eProcurement industry.
  2. Familiarity with the Maltese business landscape and local market dynamics.
