Job Overview:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Personal Assistant who will play a critical role in coordinating projects, managing daily tasks, and facilitating meetings. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring the smooth running of the office and support the leadership team with strategic tasks and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Plan, monitor, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Meeting Management: Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Task Management: Assist in prioritizing and managing daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between management, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Support Leadership: Provide comprehensive support to the leadership team, including handling correspondence and preparing reports.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the executive's calendar to optimize time efficiency.
- Document Handling: Prepare, review, and manage documents and presentations.
- Problem-Solving: Address day-to-day issues proactively and assist with troubleshooting challenges.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure consistent progress on company goals.
